Return & Exchange Policy

At SKIN IN THE GAME, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to make an exchange. Please read our Returns and Exchange Policy for a clear understanding of our procedures.

Exchanges:

  • You have up to 7 business days from the date your order was delivered to request an exchange for items that are in new, unused condition.

  • Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

    • Size: If you received an item and it doesn't fit, you may request an exchange for a different size.

    • Color: If you received an item and it's not the color you expected, you may request an exchange for the desired color.

  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team. We will provide you with instructions on how to initiate the exchange process.

  • Exchanged items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging. The item must not be used or washed.

  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we will cover the shipping cost for the new item being sent to you.

Returns:

  • Please note that we do not offer returns for purchased items, except in cases of damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 business days of the delivery date for assistance.
